Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from LabInnovators. If you have any questions about our policies, please contact before support@labinnovators.com making a purchase.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may request a return of new, unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging, placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days or items not meeting the conditions outlined below may be refused or subject to additional fees.

2. New & Unused Products

  • To qualify as “new and unused,” the product must show no signs of use, wear, or modification and include all original components.
  • If your purchase included free shipping, the actual shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.
  • All returned products are inspected. If we or the manufacturer determine that the product has been used or is no longer in “new” condition, the return will be processed under the “Used Products” terms, which may include restocking fees.

3. Used Products

  • Used products may be accepted for return within 30 days at the sole discretion of LabInnovators and/or the manufacturer.
  • Products must be fully assembled, clean, in good working order, and include all components. Missing parts, excessive wear, or damage may result in higher restocking fees.
  • Restocking fees for used items start at 50% and can increase depending on the product’s condition. Certain consumables, bulk items, or special orders may not be eligible for return under any circumstances.

4. Defective Products & Warranties

  • If you believe your product is defective, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to evaluate the warranty claim and arrange a repair or replacement as applicable.
  • Depending on the manufacturer’s policies, you may be responsible for shipping costs to return the defective product for inspection.
  • Warranties cover the product’s function only. They do not renew with replacements and exclude any consequential expenses resulting from the defective product.
  • Altered power cords, improper usage, or damages outside normal operation may void the warranty.

5. Shipping & Fees

  • All return shipping costs, including packaging, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing by LabInnovators.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns not meeting these conditions may be refused or incur additional fees.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our returns@labinnovators.com with your order number and details about the product and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

7. Refund Processing

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@labinnovators.com.

8. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
